Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

 

Please note that before returning a product you must log a complaint with us here. 

You will be required to send us pictures of the product, along with a concise explanation of the reason for your desire to return/receive a refund for the product.

Following this, you will receive communication from us on how to proceed.  

If your claim is eligible and justified we will reimburse the shipping costs incurred for returning your order, we promise! 

Returns


You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you would like to return an item, from the date you received it.


To be eligible for a return, your purchased item must be in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Your item must be sent back in the original packaging.


Before sending back a product please ensure that you have logged a complaint and you meet the above requirements and have received communication back from us or we will not be able to help you.



Refunds

After logging a complaint and receiving positive feedback from us we will require you to return the product. 

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. After the necessary inspections we will notify you on the status of your refund.


If your return is approved, we will either replace the item or issue in store credit for the amount in question. 

 

Defective Goods

You have 7 calendar days to notify us that you have received a defective product, from the date you received it.

Lost Items and Shipping

blx. Grooming does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier (Aramex SA). We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

blx. Grooming can not accept responsibility for the negligence of third party couriers, that results in the loss of your order. We will do everything possible to ensure your product gets to your specified shipping address.

blx. Grooming offers a one courier method, Aramex mail delivery and logistics, to deliver your goods to you. Please refer to the FAQ tab on more details regarding your shipping information which is further incorporated by reference.
